Luckily i have a time to wrote about something in this blog post after a few month this blog goes silent. There is not because i have nothing to write about but it’s because time management “illnesses”. (hee….) Before not too far, i used to say Assalamualaikum to all Muslims and get some maruku’s while bloging.. ( na na na…. )  In the past 8 month for being a supervision in structural, architectural and earthworks, there is no reason for me to blog about. ( yeah..but why this blog is silent huh!!. ) I can used my major studies to wrote about civil engineering even now electrical and mechanical engineering instead of supervision but there is a time limit for me to do so.

8 step to success on the internet marketing

Promoting your site has a lot to do with off page search engine optimization strategies. These strategies will develop backlinks to your website as well as increase traffic and your authority in your topic area.

1. Submit your website to the three major search engines

Submitting your site to a search engine does not mean you will be automatically included in the search engine’s index. By doing this you alert the search engine to your website’s presence and are added to a list of sites to be crawled.

4. Do link exchanges

Link building is an extremely important part of SEO. Today is the last day for my holiday… On the next two days will be my working day and this blog will be silent for a moment. For giving my reader new information I’ll let myself to write a little words before continuing my work in the Legendary Island’s, Langkawi Island. Once I think bout it, make me feel lucky. ” Oh there is a lot of candidate out there who has no employment! And I was chose as an employee”. What am I do for the last 4 days? Honestly, I never went out for window shopping even having a date with someone or having a chitchat with my old friend who live in KL or being unpredictably person at home. ( nyeh :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: ) However, I never let myself missed the latest information on the net so no one can called me “kuno!!” :roll: :roll: :roll:.

Should you change your mind to BANNED Google ADSENSE?

Lets face it – Many.. Oh wait! Not many.. Almost all webmasters/bloggers believe that Adsense is the best. But do they know why? There is no reason to this, they just like it because of high PPC rates. But what are the benefits? Let me tell you, except the high PPC rates there are NO benefits! Now lets see the good side of Adbrite and the negative side of Adsense:

1) Adbrite allows you to select your keywords. Yes! You don’t need to blog or make a website about the highest paying keywords(Like Adsense), you just need to select the keywords you think your readers would be interested in having a look at. Example: You run a free image sharing website with ads over it(Read the last point if you really have an image sharing website). Adsense will show the ads with the keywords: “free, sharing, website” and your domain name. Where as, Adbrite will show the ads that you think your visitors would be interested in. We take the same example, a free image sharing website: Now what do you think? Why are people using your service? One simple reason: Its FREE! So basically your traffic category falls into the freebie category and about 75% your visitors would be likely interested in “Making Money Online”, which is a high PPC keyword. Just select the keywords with the highest paying keywords and your done! Adbrite will show the ads of your selected keywords, unlikely Adsense showing Ads according to your location. (Since I’m from India, I only see LK Advani or Shaadi.com ads on Adsense Ads. How bad is that?!)

2) Adbrite has Inline and Full Page ads. These two are the major postive points about Adbrite. If your running a high traffic website or a one which allows the user to download, upload and share files the full page and inline text ads are the BEST! Instead of using only captcha you could use these ads + captcha and make money by allowing the user to download the file(s) ;) This ad is best recommended for Image/File hosting websites.

3) Payout is at $5!!! WOW! Adbrite pays out is at only $5 which is pretty cool. But they use the Net-60 payment meathod which requires the publisher to wait for 60 days from the date of generation of the click value. I’m all cool about this, I can select my payout from $5 – $xxxx. Which ever I am comforable with. In Adsense you need to reach $100 which is easily achiveable BUT If you achive it in the wrong way or if your CTR is above 10.. You are BANNED! This is not with Adbrite :-)

4) PPC Value: We all know that Adsense offers a very good PPC value, however, same can be achieved with Adbrite. As I mentioned above,  select the (highest paying) keywords you think are good for you and see the same PPC value as Adsense. Trust me, I’ve tried it! I got upto $1.26 for a click. Thats seriously crazy!

5) Monetize your images. You can monetize your images with Adbrite. How cool is that?!?! Benefits of this? Many visitors try to click on the image or rip off your work but you will still make money off this ;) I found this feature of Adbrite a killer one!! Even if a user tries to rip off your image or tries to right click and copy the location, you are being paid ;) Tomorrow if someone has your copyright image on his/her blog, don’t worry.. You have been paid for it! ;) Thats not it, If the user copy pastes your complete article the ad is going with it :P

I believe there are many more features in Adsense and Adbrite both but I have tried my level best to cover up the major positive/negative factors of both. But I strongly recommend Adbrite.

Google Android Smartphone vs I-phone

I believe that the iPhone has already been replaced by much better phones. Although the iPhone has many features, there are many cons that take away from the pros of the phone. In my opinion the T-Mobile Sidekick and Google G1 are replacing the iPhone. These phones have the same features but they’re cheaper and they are more convenient. While the iPhone can cost from $300-$400 the Sidekick and G1 are only a $100-$200 and come with a better deal.

With these phones you can get unlimited internet access, text, email, and instant messaging for $20 while this plan for the iPhone can cost up to $50. Also the keypad is very inconvenient and the buttons are small making it a pain to text on the phone. You always end up pressing the wrong button and ending up frustrated and eventually quitting. Maybe if the iPhone had a keyboard it would be a lot better but that isn’t happening so everybody has just given up on it.

In many surveys it was proven that many people are regretting buying the iPhone and are trying to get rid of it and I don’t blame them. Not only is their the Sidekick and G1 there is the new Blackberry Storm it is a touchscreen and has the same features as the iPhone but is way more convenient. When it comes to pricing and typing all of these new phones that are being released after the iPhone have been leaving the iPhone in the dust. I say this because from my personal experience I had the iPhone and it was the worst experience of my life. I would have been happier with any phone than the iPhone.

It has al ot of functionality and hardware packed into a very small space. My first reason as to why I do not believe the smart phones with google android could not overthrow the i-phone is that the iphone has a touch screen. As far as i know there is no ability to program a smart phone to have a touch screen in android, and I have been exploring google android for quite awhile now. Nor are there any smart phones for sale to the public in the United States that has one. Next, of the three smart phones I have used, none of their software has had the same on-demand, streamlined, glossy feel of the i-phone.

I wouldn’t suggest this phone to anybody. Now I have a Sidekick 2008. I am much happier than I ever was with the iPhone. I am so happy that I switched phones and carriers and I will never go back to the iPhone no matter how many generations they make and how many upgrades they make to it. So to anybody thinking about buying the iPhone, DON’T. You will be much happier with any other phone than it.

The first smartphone with Android, however, is eerily similar to an iPhone, touchscreen and all. The Android phone, dubbed the G1, offers one-touch access to Gmail, Youtube and Google Maps. The iPhone has a Youtube app, as well as a map service and a direct app to its own email service, so it”s even so far.

ADVANTAGE: Even

As far as availability goes, there is a link on the T-Mobile for those who wish to pre-order the G1. According to the Telegraph U.K., over 1.5 million people have placed their order and will have it shipped directly to their house. Well that sure beats hanging out in front of an Apple store for six hours to get an iPhone.

ADVANTAGE: G1

I would be remiss to not address the issue of sex appeal when speaking of the iPhone. I think it has been written into law that you are 18 times cooler than anyone else in the room when you pull out your iPhone and begin showing everyone clips of a cat flushing a toilet on Youtube. To be quite frank, I can’t argue with the coolness of that, so this one has to go to the iPhone.

ADVANTAGE: iPhone

Both phones carry an unlimited data plan, allowing users to be as unproductive as possible whenver they desire. The iPhone recently went full throttle with its App store and it is in the “you will see this commercial nine times a day no matter what channel you’re watching” phase of advertising. Google will also have 3rd party games and apps as well, which is a given considering Android is an open-source platform, meaning anyone can write software for it.

ADVANTAGE: Even

For right now, the Google Android platform will certainly be desirable to a lot of frustrated users not getting enough out of their phones and who are unwilling or unable to switch to AT&T to get the iPhone. For those who are partial to Apple, as well as those who insist on buying more phone than they can use, the iPhone will still be a top choice. Only time will tell which group turns out to be larger and louder.

I suggest you save your money and to buy a better phone like the Sidekick or any new phone. IF this doesn’t help you to make up your mind in buying the iPhone then search the web and blogging sites about the iPhone which will help convince you and prove my point in not buying the iPhone. Like I said the iPhone may seem really great but its not worth the publicity. The era of the iPhone is over and it is time to move on. Time is Gold: Convert your blog into money making site

After I converted this website into a blog, I realized that I wanted more than just a blogging hobby. What I really want is a generous source of revenue from this blog. To that end, I realized, as an owner of a new blog, how can I get the most bang for my blogging buck? After all, there are only 24 hours in the day so I have to use them wisely.

Looking at What Works

I decided it was worth it to take a few hours each day to see what successful and unsuccessful bloggers do. Everyone uses a variety of different tricks and techniques in an attempt to create a successful blog as evident in the Bloggers Face Off at dailyblogtips.com.

It’s worth taking a read. The bloggers Face off is a series of interviews with various successful bloggers. They talk about what they do and how they became successful at blogging. Some blogs have been around for quite some time while others are rather new. The one thing they all have in common is that they are all generating a nice stream of revenue.

Social Media, Social Networking and Backlinks

One blogger explained the pitfalls of searching for backlinks. Although they are valuable and are very helpful when it come to search engine placement, but spending inordinate amounts of time seeking them can cause you to lose focus. The bottom line is that no matter what social media or bookmarking site you use, there’s always an article or two that catches your attention for which you feel you must click and read it. Once you click on that article your drawn away to someplace else and 30 minutes later you not only didn’t achieve your goal of getting backlinks, you’ve spent unproductive time and have not added value to your blog.

Content, Content, Content

On his most successful blog, Alborz Fallah, founder of CarAdvice.com.au advised that he started out writing a minimum of two unique articles a day for his blog. Darren Rowse began his now very successful ProBlogger blog with no less than five posts a day of unique content.Buck

Seeing that both of them make in excess of $10-$20000 per month from their blogs, it has become abundantly clear to me to follow their lead and spend my time writing unique quality content rather than getting lost in the social media back linking maze.

When you have good quality content people will find it and link to it. It may take a little time but it does happen.

My conclusion

Given on a certain number of hours per day to allocate to blogging, the predominance of that time, at least initially, should be creating quality and unique content. Quality content will give me the most bang for my blogging buck.

Working From Home: Sometimes You Got to Tell them to Shut Up

Very recently I had the opportunity to spend several days writing without being interrupted. No, I didn’t sit at the computer for several days straight. What I’m saying is that my friends were at camp (sleep over) and dear honey was at work and I had time to write to my heart’s content.

I had full reign of my own time to write to my hearts content. Not only did I write, I was able to plan my writing assignments and create a schedule. I was extremely productive. Well, I became extremely productive after I gave the house what it wanted.

You see, the minute everyone left the house, I adorned myself with my writing muse clothes and let my muse have its way. Unfortunately, my muse kept getting interrupted by the loud house. The more I tried to write, the louder the house became.

I’m sure you’ve had this experience. The laundry basket starts to clear its throat every time you walk past it.Dirty Laundry The breakfast dishes in the sink began to hum. The bathroom started to whistle the tune “Clean Me.” I never even heard the tune before, but I knew what it was trying to say. The dog hairs in the hallway began to move together to form tumbleweeds and started rolling around the house. I don’t know how the hairs managed to do it, but they picked up a harmonica and started playing tunes from old western movies!

ARGH! Enough was enough. I told the house to shut up, but it just got worse. As the noise of the house was about to reach a feverish pitch, I decided to give in and clean the house from top to bottom.

I found that once I got it got rid of all the household distractions writing was a cinch. I’ve got to say that I honestly don’t ever remember running into such a situation when I worked outside of the house.

I guess working from home has its drawbacks too.
